one-to-one work

I offer one-to-one somatic movement therapy sessions informed by my training in Integrative Bodywork and Movement Therapy (IBMT) with Linda Hartley. IBMT weaves together Experiential Anatomy and hands-on work (based on principles of Body-Mind Centering®) with Authentic Movement and Somatic Psychology frameworks to support a holistic and dialogic approach to embodied movement. I respond to the uniqueness of each individual’s needs, while also seeking to cultivate the qualities of depth, sensitivity and play in relationship.

I am a registered Somatic Movement Therapist (RSMT) and Somatic Movement Educator (RSME) with the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association (ISMETA).

I also work with artists as a creative mentor and postgraduate supervisor. To support these advisory practices, I am currently a participant in the Creative Articulations Process (CAP) training under the supervision of Professor Jane Bacon and Professor Vida Midgelow.
